Lycian Way 9 Day Center Based Hiking : This 9-day center-based Lycian Way trekking program is ideal for travelers who prefer comfort and consistency. You’ll stay in Fethiye throughout the itinerary, hiking the most beautiful and accessible parts of the Lycian Way with daily pick-up and drop-off. Your luggage remains in your accommodation, and you’ll hike each day with a light daypack.

Day by Day Itinerary
ITINERARY:
Welcome to the Lycian Way!
Day 1: Arrival in Fethiye
Arrival at Dalaman Airport. Private transfer to your accommodation in Fethiye. Free time to relax or explore the coastal town.
Day 2: Ovacık to Kozagac Hamlet – continue to Faralya
Start your Lycian Way adventure at the official trailhead in Ovacık. Walk through pine-covered slopes, ancient terraces, and stunning views toward Kozagac. from kozagac continue to Faralya via kirme
Distance: 7 km – 15km | Grade: Moderate
Evening: Transfer back to Fethiye.
Day 3: Kabak Hamlet to Kabak Beach
Begin from the upper Kabak Hamlet and follow a descending trail through lush Mediterranean vegetation down to the tranquil bay. Spend free time swimming or relaxing by the beach.
Distance: 6 km | Grade: Easy to Moderate
Evening: Transfer back to Fethiye.
Day 4: Karadere to Patara Beach
This scenic section features pine forests, wide views of the sea, and finishes at the iconic Patara Beach. Optional time to visit the ancient ruins of Patara.
Distance: 12 km | Grade: Moderate
Evening: Transfer back to Fethiye.
Day 5: Gemiler to Darboğaz Bay
Walk along a less-traveled coastal trail offering panoramic sea views and opportunities for swimming in crystal-clear coves like Darboğaz.
Distance: 5 km | Grade: Moderate
Evening: Return to Fethiye.
Day 6: Kayaköy to Ölüdeniz
Walk from the atmospheric ghost town of Kayaköy through pine-shaded trails to the world-famous Ölüdeniz Lagoon. Time to relax or swim.
Distance: 6 km | Grade: Moderate
Evening: Transfer back to Fethiye.
Day 7: Boat Cruise – Oludeniz or Fethiye
Enjoy a relaxing boat cruise. Choose between Butterfly Valley from Ölüdeniz or the 12 Islands tour from Fethiye harbor.
Swimming and snorkeling opportunities throughout the day.
Evening: Return to Fethiye.
Day 8: Saklıkent Gorge Excursion
A refreshing day walking through the cool waters and towering walls of Saklıkent Gorge. Optional riverside lunch at a local restaurant.
Walking distance in the gorge: 2–3 km
Evening: Transfer back to Fethiye.
Day 9: Departure
Transfer to Dalaman Airport for your return flight. End of your Lycian Way hiking holiday.

Travel – Flight: Recommended arrival and departure airport is : DALAMAN (There are winter flights available via Istanbul). Alternatively Transfers ANTALYA airports is also available to a minimum extra cost.
Extra Arrival and Departure Dates: Please plan to arrive one day before the trek begins and depart one day after the trek ends.
Luggage transfers & logistics : Luggage transfer on hiking (Walking) days is included and your baggages will transferred from departure point to the finish
Meal Arrangements: Breakfast and dinner will be provided at accommodations. Lunch will be picnic or takeaway food with fruits during the trekking days.

The itinerary is changeable and modifiable as per need and time frame of the party. Program may change according to weather and road conditions. Cost will be re-calculated if the itinerary is changed or modified. Additional activities may be added as per party members request with appropriate additional cost. The cost may also be affected due to the requirement of number of guide and auxiliary guide.
